This hotel offers inviting amenities including large spacious rooms, indoor pool, 24-hour fitness room, full-service restaurant, large meeting and event space, and is a part of a large, nationwide management company.

Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 / yr, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and more!
Requirements :
- 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing
- Strength in preventative maintenance
- Hands on management style
