What You’ll Do :

• Coordinate the movement of equipment, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete monthly physical counts.
• Organize corporate deliveries and manage equipment logs.
• Drive success by assisting with parts deliveries and vendor runs using a company pickup truck.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Partner with training staff to ensure the right equipment is available for tech and operator training.
• Support the service team by managing trash, cardboard, and pallet disposal.
• Be proactive identify any mechanical issues and report them to your supervisor.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable operating industrial equipment (we’ll help you get licensed!).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to safety at all times.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications.
• Bonus points for familiarity with lean business principles!

Physical Demands & Work Environment :

• Be ready to move, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and rotating throughout the day.
• Some outdoor work may be required prepare for changing weather conditions.
• Exposure to moderate to loud environments think buzzing warehouse floors and busy shop spaces.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided as needed for your safety.
