Job Summary :

The IT Training Support Analyst is responsible for the creation and management of online training materials, report writing and administration of the organizations learning management system (LMS).

In addition, the IT Training Support Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), application trainers and application analysts to create and develop online learning content.

This person will also work closely with the organizations LMS administrator and Training Coordinators to streamline enrollment tracking, report development and participate in process improvement efforts.

Job Summary :

Work with source material supplied by trainers and various SMEs, such as scripts, storyboards and presentations, to develop interactive online courses that effectively convey key information and achieve critical learning objectives.

Identify and utilize the most effective form of training media (i.e. eLearning, AI, Virtual Reality) to create, edit and publish production-ready material that will be made available to end-users.

Create course work with practice exercises, knowledge checks and other instructional elements designed to drive knowledge retention.

QA final courses for accuracy and refresh instructional programs as needed to ensure content is current and relevant. Propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations and incorporate new training methods that may enhance programs relevant to organization’s roles.

Facilitates, organizes, communicates, and ensures proper training room logistics for new employee orientation and any requested ad hoc training sessions.

Systems include Electronic Medical Record and all computer applications throughout the health system. Performs as a proctor for application certification.

Develops and runs reports on areas such as class attendance and class logistics as requested. Maintains all aspects of training logistics and activities, including management of the training calendar and training email box.

Records and monitors post-training evaluation results; prepare and disseminate training reports as required.

Perform work in a self-directed manner while taking conceptual direction from leadership and execute independently. Develops plan for training delivery in conjunction with project timelines.

Understands and utilizes the IT Project Management toolset for the successful completion of initiatives.

Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with our policies and procedures in addition to the Mission, Vision and Values.

Education Requirements :

Associates degree or 2 years of experience in education, instructional design, business related (economics, finance or accounting) OR related OR two (2) years equivalent work experience.

Experience : 2 years training experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or software applications training OR 2 year’s teaching / instructional design work experience.

Knowledge of Healthcare operations. (required)
