What willyou do
As a Store Manager youwill be responsible for exceeding customer expectations bydelivering exceptional customer service providing in depth productknowledge and creating an awesome brand experience for ourcustomers.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage thedaily operations of a retail store including marketing inventorymanagement customer service and the onboarding and training of newemployees.

What willyou need
- Minimum of 3years of store management experience inretail.
- Outgoing personality and ability toengage with others.
- Demonstrated ability toachieve individual selling goals as well as train employees to beeffective sales people.
- Exceptionalinterpersonal communication and customer serviceskills.
- Strong personal leadership skills anddesire to succeed.
- Ability to deal with problemsituations in a professional manner.
- Ability tomultitask in a fast paced environment.
- Scheduleflexibility with the ability to work nights weekends and someholidays
- Ability to move about in a storeincluding standing walking bending kneeling stooping climbingladders and step stools carrying bending stretching twisting andlifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Fluency in asecond language is a plus.
