We are looking for someone who has consistent customer service experience. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required to be considered.

We are looking for someone who :

- can work up to 40 hours per week
- Has availability to work weekday shifts rotating between 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm
- Has availability to also work 2 Saturdays per month from 8-11am
Responsibilities :
First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service to our patients.
Be able to take New Rx's over the phone and input Escripts.
Call Dr. office's to get refills on patients medications within a timely manner
Process prescriptions using computer software
Assist customers in the store and over the phone
Know how line up all of the patients monthly medication
Answer phone calls associated with the SYNC Dept. or be able to get them directed to the right person
Communicate with LTC for ADH / SYNC Bubble patients
Pay Rate :
Starting at $14 / hr, with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy experience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years, with two or more years preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
