Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales in the Northeast Minnesota & Northwest Wisconsin territories. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and a proactive sales approach to drive business growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

Oversee the Southwest Minnesota and South Dakota territories, ensuring consistent customer engagement and support.

Provide onsite support to customers, recommending tailored lifting and rigging solutions that meet their needs.

Develop a deep understanding of Sharrow's products and services, including rigging hardware, crane systems, and hydraulic solutions.

Manage leads, track customer data, and generate quotes and orders using the company's ERP and CRM tools.

Work closely with Sharrow's internal teams, including customer service, operations, and product management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.

Provide basic product training and demonstrations to customers as needed.

Represent Sharrow at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
