WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at an affordable - tax credit community in Sacramento, CA area. This position is Full-Time Hourly Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm Full Benefits.
Pay Range : $30.00 - $31.00 / Hour

- You bring experience with affordable housing / tax credit properties
- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
- You can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills
- You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
- You are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
- You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
- You have a passion for helping others
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, excel, and Outlook
- You ideally have experience in Yardi and / or MRI
- You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
