Implementation Manager (Future Consideration)

WorkForge is seeking a dynamic and technical Implementation Manager to join our growing team. As a critical member of the Technology Implementation organization, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to support technical sales calls, act as project manager and lead for the implementation of clients onto our learning and development SaaS platform, and deliver training and enablement to ensure smooth deployment and adoption. The role will be crucial in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that clients understand the value of our solutions while successfully integrating and using them. What You'll Do :

• Solution Implementation : Lead the technical implementation process for new clients by working to understand the client's process and needs, then configuring the platform to assist, guiding them through initial setup, and ensuring successful go-live deployments.
• Technical Sales Support : Assist the sales team during prospect calls by addressing technical questions, understanding client needs, and demonstrating the capabilities of our learning management platform.
• Customer Training and Enablement : Conduct product training sessions for clients post-deployment, ensuring they understand the platform's full functionality, best practices, and integrations with existing systems.
• Product Demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) : Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations and assist in PoC implementations that highlight how our platform can meet the specific challenges of prospective clients.
• Collaboration with Product Teams : Provide feedback from client interactions to the product and engineering teams, ensuring that client pain points are addressed in future updates and features.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Issue Resolution : Act as the technical point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and implementation phases, solving technical issues and providing ongoing support to ensure client success.
• Documentation : Assist with the development and maintenance of technical documentation, best practice guides, and training materials to support both internal teams and clients.
• Client Relationship Building : Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them leverage our platform to achieve their learning and development goals.
• Project Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment of WorkForge solutions.
