Electrical Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Assistant Project Manager in Liberty, North Carolina is between $80,000 and $100,000.

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support and promote goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Facilitate constant process improvement in production and efficiency to optimize output of the field workforce.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager overseeing new-build large commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Must have at least 1 year experience within electrical construction as an Electrical Assistant Project Manager.
- Must be comfortable with assisting scheduling, production, productivity analysis, change orders, billing project planning, etc.
- Must have knowledge with change order pricing such as negotiating and discussing engineering issues.
- Must have knowledge with vendor and procurement management for releases.
- Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency.
- Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback & growth opportunities to direct reports.
Electrical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to travel and / or relocate.
- Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation required.
- 2 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
- 1 year experience in electrical construction.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License or Degree
- College degree preferred
