This law firm is looking to hire a Securities and Capital Markets Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing both issuers and investment banks in public and private securities offerings.

- Work collaboratively within a team, showing a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service.
Skill Set :
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in securities and capital markets law.
- Prior experience working in a law firm setting, focusing on securities offerings, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and diligent approach to client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
