As a(n) Contract Recruiter
you will :
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience with strong preference for recruiting in support of first-of-a-kind, highly technical or pharma R / D.
Strong preference for recent recruiting experience in a fast-paced, production environment Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining skill
The ideal candidate will have :
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience with strong preference for recruiting in support of first-of-a-kind, highly technical or pharma R / D.
- Strong preference for recent recruiting experience in a fast-paced, production environment
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining skill
- Significant experience with candidate workflow administration within various Applicant Tracking Systems
- Understanding of OFCCP and Affirmative Action compliance regulations

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range* : $40 OR $45 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
