About The Role

Join us as the Vice President of Product Design for our consumer offering here at GoodRx, a pivotal role at the heart of our dynamic product ecosystem.

You'll help lead our consumer focused product line, encompassing a diverse array of products from our core customer flows, to mobile offerings, to rewards and incentive programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the experience and vision for GoodRx's most expansive and diverse product segment, ensuring we provide our customers with the savings and experiences they expect from GoodRx .

Your Impact : Own the Design strategy for GoodRx's core business and consumer experience. Collaborate with other business units to create a harmonious experience for every type of customer.

Guiding decision making through best practices, user research, data, and experimentation, while fostering a collaborative environment where your team thrives and partners lean-in to your solutions.

What You'll Do :

  • Craft the vision : Own, evangelize, and execute the product roadmap, inspiring your team and rallying stakeholders.
  • Forge connections : Build strong relationships across all business units, and disciplines, understanding their needs to create win-win solutions.
  • Champion the customer : Leverage user research, insights, experimentation, and optimization, ensuring our products meet our customers expectations.
  • Push for craft : Leverage best practices, industry trends and standards, advocate for great design and experience. :
  • Empower your team : Uplevel and advocate for your team of designers and managers, cultivate a culture of collaboration, enabling your team to excel and deliver impactful high quality work.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 12 - 15 years of proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex challenges.
  • A track record of delivering significant product features and enhancements.
  • A customer-driven approach, with expertise in analytics and testing methodologies.
  • A commitment to exploring innovative solutions and taking on challenges beyond your immediate product area.
  • A talent for communicating effectively with senior management and executive teams.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a focus on team growth and a passion for healthcare innovation.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices :

$317,000.00 - $508,000.00

New York Office :

$290,000.00 - $465,000.00

Santa Monica Office :

$264,000.00 - $423,000.00

Other Office Locations :

$238,000.00 - $381,000.00
