Logistics Coordinator (Cargo Wise Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics, verifying orders, shipping forms, and maintaining accurate records.
Review and process transportation invoices, including ocean freight, air cargo, and other related costs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with international shipping teams, U.S. offices, carriers, vendors, customers, warehouse teams, and Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and service.
Develop and implement best practices and SOPs for all import, domestic, and export shipments (carrier, air, ocean, and rail).
Manage the end-to-end shipping process, including data entry, rate verification, ISF filing, Customs documentation, and more.
Maintain organized shipping and receiving files both manually and electronically.
Work closely with the Accounting Department and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment clearance.
Coordinate deliveries for new orders, returned items, and repaired products.
Investigate and resolve any carrier disputes and invoice discrepancies.
Handle delivery issues or delays, troubleshooting any transportation-related problems to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and negotiate with new carriers, brokers, and 3PLs to enhance shipping capacity and efficiency.
Leverage knowledge of Amazon FBA and other distribution center procedures for efficient scheduling and receiving.
Requirements :
5+ years of logistics experience with strong proficiency in Cargo Wise software.
Experience with Amazon FBA and distribution center scheduling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with customs brokers and managing international shipments.
Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
