$18.00 - $20.25 per hour! The Lead Associate, Footwear is responsible for the achievement of store footwear sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Lead Associate, Footwear maximizes footwear sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

We count on our Lead Associate, Footwear to :

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Under Armour
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right footwear based on their needs
• Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Assist in fulfilling omnichannel orders

The Lead Associate, Footwear supports the achievement of store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values, leveraging product knowledge, and selling skills to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour.
