What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Directory of Treasury Operations. This position falls under our Accounting operations team and is located in Brentwood, TN.

In this role, you will oversee Treasury operations and drive strategic initiatives through the centralization of operations, harmonizing bank account rationalization, and managing cash forecasting.

You will report directly to the VP of Treasury Operations and regularly collaborate with Tax, Operations, Product, AP and Accounting teams while maintaining strong partnerships with external corporate banking partners.

As a Director of Treasury Operations you will be expected to work in hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing :

  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN office
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
  • Monthly business allowance

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include :

  • Managing operational financial institution accounts, overseeing services like wire transfers, ACH transactions, and credit card operations.
  • Building and maintaining external banking relationships to enhance services and reduce fees.
  • Cultivating internal relationships to support their specific treasury needs.
  • Developing a continuous process improvement strategy, including automation and new technology implementation.
  • Handling cash management, forecasting, and working capital management, including financing activities.
  • Administration of bank access and banking systems.
  • Overseeing the development of key business indicators and metrics, communicating with business leaders and partners.
  • Managing / consulting on company / treasury area projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cash forecasting, process improvement, and treasury.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
  • Treasury Management workstation experience is a plus.
  • Background of high volume and complex environments
  • Driven and motivated leader; experienced in building high-performing teams and treasury functional capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and external partners while driving projects to timely and successful conclusion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
