Senior Accounting Manager - Corporate

Rapidly growing and succesful healthcare firm is seeking an innovative Senior Accounting Manager to join their team!

This position will be the Controller's right hand and eventually will own these processes fully. Heavy balance sheet focused and will really touch a little bit of everything, working on improving firm efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operation of corporate accounting department.
• Works with corporate stakeholders to support implementation of financial systems, processes, controls and procedures for accounting functions.
• Leads team through performance assessment and management, training, and ensure effective and efficient department operation.
• Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Establishes and implements department goals, objectives and operating procedures. Qualifications :
• Bachelor's of Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 7 years or more of applicable accoutning experience, healthcare preferred.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Great Plains.
• Minimum four years of supervisory experience required.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
