VRT Quality Analyst - Michigan Assembly Plant

In this position...

The Quality Analyst will report to the Plant Vehicle Evaluation Manager. They will complete assignments from the Variability Reduction Team manufacturing Co-Lead for the assigned Variability Reduction team.

The analyst will work amongst the product development team members of the assigned VRT to stay apprised of all emerging issues concerning the assigned VRT.

You'll have...

• High School Diploma or GED
• Min 5 years Manufacturing Experience
• Min 5 years Quality experience
• Previous union experience
• Previous data experience
• Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

• Black Belt trained or certified
• Knowledge of QARS, GSAR, ECB
• QLS Usage and Data Analysis
• WBDM Data Analysis and Interpretation
• AVIS Cell Data Analysis and Interpretation Experience
• VOW Cell Data Analysis and Interpretation
• Error Proofing Data Analysis and Interpretation
• ONTRAC
• Quality Leadership System (QLS)
• Health Chart CTQ in E2KS

This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
