Responsibilities
Data Entry Freight / Railroad Responsible for matching Bills of Lading to incoming invoices and inputting the invoices into ERP.
Work with freight administrators to resolve any discrepancies on invoices or EDI.
Invoicing review invoices coming in through mail and email. Verify that they have the appropriate approvals and coding.
Enter the invoices into ERP along with bar coding and then scan them into Bottom-line with any backup for document retention.
Expense Report Processing Oversee the company credit card for Travel and Entertainment. This will entail setting up new cards, processing limit changes, and handling fraud issues with vendor.
Will also work with expense reports through SAP Concur, providing batch files for review, and uploading reimbursement files to payroll for processing.
Bottomline / IntelliChief Processing Scan invoices into Bottomline / IntelliChief. Forward invoices to appropriate terminal managers for coding and approval within the software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
- 1 - 3 years experience; 4 8 years of experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Verbal)
- Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel)
- 10 Key
- Oracle is Preferred
