Senior BI Analyst

If so, apply now, as Air Partner who have been offering trusted Air Charter solutions for over 60 years, are looking for a Senior BI Analyst top join our Chamblee, Atlanta team, to use their analytical skills, technical knowledge, and data storytelling to provide commercial insights that influence decision making, drive sales growth, and support the achievement of financial and operational targets.

Reporting to The Chief of Staff, US Private Jets, you will work closely with divisional leaders to define key business metrics, produce complex data sets, and translate data into actionable reports.

This role requires strong analytical, project management and communication skills. Previous experience in private aviation is also a plus.

We work on a hybrid model of 3 in the office and 2 from home as standard, so you must also live within a commutable distance of 2135 American Wy, Chamblee, GA 30341.

You will :

• Collaborate with business leaders to define metrics and provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Translate complex data sets into presentations and visual narratives for a range of internal audiences
• Manage large-scale analytics and business intelligence projects
• Generate dashboards, automated reporting, and ad-hoc reports to manage business performance
• Study historical trends and proactively identify and present opportunities for growth
• Improve business intelligence by evaluating and enhancing current tools
• Serve as subject matter expert in all aspects relating to data collection and analyses
• Oversee data governance, ensuring data is complete and accurate
• Develop / demonstrate a thorough understanding of Air Partner’s products / services
• Regularly report analytics and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Support training for self-service dashboards and reporting

What we are looking for :

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business intelligence, advanced data modelling and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
• Resident within a commutable distance of 2135 American Wy, Chamblee, GA 30341
• Proven ability to independently lead projects from initiation to completion
• Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, and high proficiency across all Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency with data querying and data modelling using advanced SQL
• An ability to comfortably make decisions, problem solve and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior level and C-suite stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• An continuous improvement mindset
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business, data science or related field

Experience with private aviation is a plus but is not essential
