We are searching for a skilled data professional to join our team, specifically targeting those based in the Bay Area who can commit to working at Adobe's office once a week.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in interpreting customer engagement through detailed analysis, working alongside cross-functional teams to inform quarterly and yearly planning.
Your mission will be to utilize a blend of SQL querying, data science, and sharp business acumen to drive our understanding of customer behavior, retention, and migration patterns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze customer journeys to optimize engagement, retention, and migration strategies.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction from various tables, performing comprehensive analysis to offer actionable insights.
- Monitor performance metrics weekly, decipher trends, and forecast future customer behavior.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to leverage data insights in strategic planning.
- Engage in segment and cohort analysis to identify trends and inform business strategies.
