Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer products? Join our team as a Senior Brand Manager and play a vital role in shaping our brand's success.

We're looking for a creative and analytical mind with excellent leadership skills to drive our consumer products to new heights! We work on a Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and two days at home.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and market-leading consumer products.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Brand Positioning : Define and refine the brand positioning to differentiate our products in the market.
  • Marketing Campaigns : Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Brand Performance Analysis : Monitor brand performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform brand strategies.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages and motivate teams.
  • Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of consumer products industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Teamwork : Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
