Job Details :
This position is for an established professional individual contributor in IT Product Support, who works independently with minimal supervision.
The role will act as primary contact for Tier-Two technical support to internal users of technology products in support of providing service to internal or external end user clients of technology solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Technical Support; manage and process support requests across multiple Privacy tool platforms.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application functionality issues; liaise with vendor support teams as necessary.
- Assist with System / Security Administration.
- Participate in the design, build and testing of web forms and workflows; assist with coordination of UAT testing.
- Assist in development of standard operating procedures and deployment guides.
- Assist in transitioning user management processes for multiple platforms to a shared services team.
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with CA Service Desk or other similar support ticketing / case management platform.
- Prior experience building web forms and workflows.
- Familiarity with global Privacy regulations.
- Tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.

- IBM SOAR (formerly Resilient) for data incident management and reporting.
