We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our location in Tucson, AZ. This challenging yet fulfilling role needs a dynamic leader who is dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and driving continued career growth in the hospitable industry.
Your responsibilities in this key role will include :
- Supervising all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensuring exceptional guest service that meets or exceeds their expectations
- Formulating an appropriate staffing plan to match the restaurant's needs
- Managing Profit and Loss by following cash control / security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Working closely with the General Manager to devise the restaurant’s annual operating budget
- Overseeing all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
