At Keller Executive Search, we are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join their team.

As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial laws.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations.
  • Assist with financial planning and analysis, including ROI analysis, cash flow management, and investment strategies.
  • Support external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and laws.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package. ($190K - $210k)
  • Annual bonus of 25%.
