Electrician Installer

As an Installer you'll inspect, install, maintain, and repair wiring and electrical fixtures / systems in residential and commercial settings.

You'll communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they understand the scope of projects and the solutions we offer.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch.
• Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
• Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment.
• Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ci rcuits, wiring, and safety procedures ( Minimum 2+ years of experience )
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
• Employees must be able to work flexible hours / schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Good interpersonal relations, the manner in which the employee actively listens and responds to the public, other employees, and supervisors.
• Communicate in a service oriented and respectful manner.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Complex problem solving, judgment, and decision making.
• Willingness to adapt, learn and apply knowledge.
• Repairing and installing electrical equipment, circuitry, etc.

Salary :

Depending on experience, our average Installer makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually.
