- Conduct in-person interviews to ascertain task and sub-task manpower requirements.
- Provide services support to the Government on strategic manpower related issues such as analyzing requirements and resourcing courses of action, impact of manpower related decisions across organizational portfolio, and interaction across the organization.
- Develop options for government leadership on manpower related topics such as balancing actions, manpower sustainment requirements, briefings and presentations, and internal guidance and policy development.
- Provide analysis on manpower and resource requirements to include issue development and entry and costing drills.
- Develop executive level briefings that communicate the core results of the manpower data analysis in the form of a final report summarizing the results and decision-making process with detailed supporting documentation in a format appropriate for senior decision makers.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Assists the Government with preparing reports, briefs, white papers, etc.
Requirements :
- 10 years related experience.
- Experience conducting manpower studies, organizational staffing assessments, and identifying optimum manpower requirements.
- Experience producing reports and briefings regarding unit strength and manpower data.
- Experience conducing in-person interviews to ascertain task and sub-task manpower requirements.
- Experience supporting strategic manpower related issues such as analyzing requirements and resourcing courses of action, impact of manpower related decisions across organizational portfolio, and interaction across the organization.
- Experience developing courses of action for leaders on manpower related topics such as balancing actions, manpower sustainment requirements, briefings and presentations, and internal guidance and policy development.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
- Must be a self-starter that can recognize needs and act with little to no guidance.
- Able to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
- Advanced MS Word skills; proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
