Job Title : Construction General Laborer (Commercial / Industrial)
Location : Nashville, TN
Pay Rate : $14 to $20 per hour, based on experience
Job Description :
United Trades of America is seeking experienced Construction General Laborers to join our team for commercial and industrial projects in Nashville, Tennessee .
The ideal candidate will have prior experience on commercial or industrial job sites and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the construction, assembly, and installation of various building components.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as site clean-up, material handling, and supporting skilled trades.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed for the job.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements :
- Experience : Must have previous experience working on commercial and / or industrial job sites.
- Screening : Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Transportation : Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
