Responsibilities :
- Work closely with design team to develop design concepts.
- Participate in project planning and ensure timelines are met.
- Create conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Conduct scheduled site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and adherence to the plans.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Applicants should have 1-3 years of working experience showcasing a portfolio of architectural. projects.
- Highly proficient in using Revit.
- Display an understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Display an ability to create 2D and 3D architectural representations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate ideas.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- A positive attitude is a must.
