Account Executive, Ticket Sales
Summary : The Norfolk Tides are in search of an Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our team. In this role, the primary focus will be developing and maintaining new ticket plans, but will have the flexibility to sell an array of products including group tickets.
This role involves building relationships with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Actively promote and sell season ticket packages to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with season ticket holders and potential customers.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage with clients.
- Assist in planning and executing season ticket holder events and promotional activities.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position season ticket packages.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, renewals, and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives.

Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree equivalent college or technical school experience required;
- At least one year of working for a professional sports team or equivalent organization
- Ability to attend all home games
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Valid Driver’s License required
