Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex automated manufacturing equipment, ensuring production, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance tasks, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical repairs and adjustments.
- Prioritize daily assignments to meet production goals and departmental objectives.
- Support equipment installation, removal, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor production lines for performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with root-cause analysis and participate in improvement projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation of quality, safety, and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on improvement projects and equipment utilization.
- Work with external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Be available for overtime as required.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant certification and 2 years of experience, or High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electrical / electronics, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering fields preferred.
- Familiarity with equipment changeover and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and machinery.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
- Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and trades mathematics.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Additional experience preferred in troubleshooting industrial control systems, PLC operations, robotics, and mechanical design software.

- Time management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling various equipment and projects.
- Proficiency in sensor technology, basic plumbing, power transmission, and machining.
- Ability to use multimeter and troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480 VAC.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant certification and experience.
- Strong technical background in electrical, electronics, or mechanical fields.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO regulations is a plus.
