Application Delivery Manager I

Responsibilities

• Prioritization of data and reporting requests from the business stakeholders.
• Work with business stakeholders on creating user stories and requirements for business needs and requests.
• Scrum / Kanban Master responsibilities through facilitation and servant leadership of Scrum / Kanban team resources to execute andplete teammitments.
• Manage vendor onshore and offshore resources.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the IT area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the IT area OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the IT area AND
• 4 or more years maintaining IT hardware and software.
• Experience with IT architecture and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong data visualization experience and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence.
• Data management and data interrogation.
• Experience with SQL Server or another relational database.
• Strong SQL querying experience.
• Ability tomunicate technical to business stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
