Genesis10 is searching for a Technology Business Services Consultant for a contract position in Des Moines, IA. This position will work onsite at our client location .
Responsibilities :
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Workforce Operations Lead that will own end-to-end process for resource / workforce planning, requisition approvals, attrition tracking, EI tracking, Workforce metrics and hygiene.
This resource will represent our department to central process teams as well as be a primary point of contact to our managers and business services leads (BSLs).
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
