PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Council Bluffs, IA!
This position is for 1st shift, Monday through Friday 6 : 00AM - 2 : 00PM, Saturday availability required.
Our Warehouse Supervisor will :
- Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products.
- Coordinating daily operations during their shift (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload)
- Oversee training for new staff members
- Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations
- Holding accountability with employees
- Managing workflow and optimizing production
- Document daily site activity
- Build a positive workplace culture
Physical Demands / Work Environment :
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects
- Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
- Must be comfortable working in a cold storage facility
