A week in the life of a Site Manager includes :
- Assist the Government in the development and de-confliction of technical and operational schedules in support of the DTOC mission.
- Ensure ECC, network, SME, and NOC manning are available and scheduled to support all requested LVC-OT events,
- De-conflict activities among all DTOC contract support personnel and advise government leadership of any conflicts,
- De-conflict all LVC-OT event mission and mission support scheduling in coordination with DTOC Leadership.
- Lead site management project efforts : plan, manage, and execute new site connections in support of the DTOC mission.
- Provide planning and integration activities related to the integration and maintenance of new and existing sites on DTOC related DMO networks.
- Plan and facilitate new site integration activities to include : Development of integration timelines Conduct and coordinate telecoms and In Process Reviews (IPR) Coordination of equipment procurement and installation activities Coordination of network circuit procurement and management activities
- Provide liaison / consultation support to new and existing user community members on topics related to system and network integration into the DTOC DMO environment.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on DTOC related DMO topics and activities.
- Provide status, guidance, and recommendations to DTOC leadership on all site management related topics and activities.
- Provide long-range planning support for DTOC related activities.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma and one (1) to four (4) years of management experience
- SECRET clearance
- Have active Professional Management Professional (PMP), or will complete within one (1) year of hire date
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience with experience and knowledge of Distributed Mission Operation connections and operations of distributed sites and simulator systems
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in Distributed Mission Operations environment
