The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Coordinator to join our team and manage complex data, administrative, financial, and compliance tasks.

The Opportunity
LMS Management : Administer and maintain training records in Cornerstone and other Learning Management System platforms.
Ensure the accuracy and availability of training materials.
- Customer Support : Handle data entry, generate reports, provide detailed LMS consultations, and offer technical support to managers and learners.
- Project Participation : Support and execute learning projects, including planning, facilitation, and communication. Participate in local / global projects to meet unit and site needs.
- Continuous Improvement : Document lessons learned, measure learning solution effectiveness, and advocate for system improvements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration : Work effectively with team members on daily tasks and projects. Provide guidance to first-level support teams.
- Coordination : Manage complex data, administrative, financial, and compliance-related tasks. Coordinate local onboarding activities and liaise with external training providers and government representatives.
- Event Management : Plan and conduct learning programs and event management activities. Offer learning expertise during audits.
- Strategic Planning : Drive or contribute to organizational and site strategic planning related to learning and development.
- Customer Advisory : Advise on training matrix building and optimization, ensuring compliance with Roche standards and legal constraints.
- Performance Metrics : Deliver on performance metrics and KPIs, contributing to the shared service center's continuous improvement.
- Communication : Maintain effective communication channels and cross-team collaboration within Global Learning Services.

Requirements :
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in HR or Learning and Development preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English for all internal interactions.
