We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in San Diego, California. This role involves providing IT support, working with various technologies, and managing deployments.
It offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Provide IT support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Work with a range of technologies including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Apple Devices
- Manage deployments, ensuring all systems are correctly set up and working optimally
- Collaborate with the team to handle on-site projects, ensuring all IT needs are met
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure effective service delivery
- Contribute to the development of flexible work schedules, ensuring consistent IT support coverage
- Assist in the prompt resolution of customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, following established protocols
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Deep understanding of Cisco Technologies
- Experience with Citrix Technologies
- Familiarity with Mac Computers and Apple Devices
- Proven ability to handle deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers with their issues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role would be advantageous.
