Maintenance Technician Direct Hire

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the system or machine orderliness through sustainable planned and breakdown maintenance on tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Functions

  • Adhere to federal and local law regulations, internal policies, and applicable rules including ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 requirements.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with existing quality, environmental, and work safety guidelines.
  • Perform maintenance on heavy machinery such as Forging presses, Shot Blasting, Cutting machines.
  • Responsible for executing all types of maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, and programming work.
  • Execute mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and programming activities for retrofitting activities, new machines, and overhauls as per company guidelines.
  • Implement machine improvements assigned by the supervisor
  • Conduct periodic examinations on assigned machines based on the standard task list and report any abnormal findings on the standard check sheet in writing.
  • Document machine breakdowns in the system (SAP) on the same day right after the breakdown activity.
  • Escalate safety-related issues immediately to the supervisor and department manager by mail or in writing.
  • Assist the supervisor in the root cause analysis of problems.
  • Support production during startup activities after completing maintenance activities.
  • Follow and implement 5S rules as per company standards in designated areas.
  • Utilize the standard company system (SAP, MPDV, etc.) and rules for documenting and analysis.
  • The role includes off-shift work, working in different shifts, weekend work for machine breakdown / planned shutdown / urgencies, and operating forklift, crane, and stacker.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma, school, or Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Electrician, Mechanical, or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of maintenance experience. Skills and Expertise
  • Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SPS Programming, drive technique, power electronics, building control units, and S5 / S7 / Corros programming.

This comprehensive role is suited for an experienced and adaptable Maintenance Technician with a strong understanding of machinery maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechatronics or related fields and possess the technical expertise to carry out complex maintenance tasks effectively. 9378216
