Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Dubuque, IA

Location : Dubuque, IA 52001
Salary : $40-50 / hr

Administer home-based IV therapies, focusing on personalized care.
Conduct patient health assessments, modifying care plans as necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation in EMR, upholding healthcare compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
Manage and upkeep infusion equipment, guaranteeing quality care standards.

Qualifications :

Nursing degree and significant RN experience
Active RN license in Iowa.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Ability to travel locally around Dubuque.
Proficient in EMR and healthcare technology.
