Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Leadership : Oversee and coordinate carpentry projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time and meet quality standards.
- Team Management : Supervise, mentor, and provide support to a team of carpenters, fostering efficient and effective work practices.
- Carpentry Work : Execute a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and the installation of doors and windows.
- Quality Control : Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Materials and Tools Management : Effectively manage materials and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and minimizing waste.
