Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Leadership : Oversee and coordinate carpentry projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time and meet quality standards.

• Team Management : Supervise, mentor, and provide support to a team of carpenters, fostering efficient and effective work practices.
• Carpentry Work : Execute a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and the installation of doors and windows.
• Quality Control : Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Materials and Tools Management : Effectively manage materials and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and minimizing waste.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.-Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : 3-5 years of experience in residential remodeling with a strong foundation in carpentry.

• Skills : Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.-Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site.-Safety : Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and best practices within the construction industry.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; formal carpentry training or certification is a plus.-Physical Requirements : Capable of lifting heavy materials, working in diverse weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.
