OSH, a physician-owned hospital, is looking for a full-time Instrument Tech to work Monday - Friday, 11 : 30a - 8p. This position comes with full-time benefits and is eligible for our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses! Come be a part of Tulsa's only 5-star rated hospital!
This position comes with a shift differential for the entire shift!
Job Mission : The Instrument Tech and Certified Instrument Tech holds a safety sensitive position and is responsible for delivering surgical trays and supplies necessary for surgical procedures.
The Instrument Tech has an understanding of the procedure(s) being performed and anticipates the needs of the OR. The Instrument Tech has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
Requires : High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : At least one year of previous experience required.
Specialty Knowledge Skills : Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Knowledge of fundamental sterility
