QA Automation Engineer located in West Chester, PA

Position Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer at InvisAlert Solutions, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of our automation repository.

You'll collaborate with team leads, product owners, analyze operational data, and test cases to extract meaningful insights that can convey the right picture to the right audience to drive transparency and accountability.

Required Skills :

Automation, CI / CD, AWS, iOS and Web testing

Key Responsibilities :

Python Django : Collaborate with experienced developers to setup, test and maintain Python Django web applications that support our healthcare solutions.

Select, configure and implement analytics solutions within the construct of the organization's reporting framework and tooling practices.

Protects assets by ensuring that all work is stored appropriately in the proper repository (Git, etc.) in compliance with organizational and departmental standards.

Scripting : Review, analyze, and script test cases that include both negative and happy path testing to ensure code quality and consistency.

Document any defects found after execution.

Understands the nuances of automating the full reporting pipeline, from data ingestion to regular report refreshes, on an automated schedule.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall product vision.

Participate in post deployment validation.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and actively seek opportunities for skill growth.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field but 5+ year’s experience preferred.

Detailed individual who can work independently and within groups.

Familiarity with Django backend is a plus but not required.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and collaborative startup environment.

Proficient with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.

High attention to detail
