Vice President Quality Assurance
A growing company in the medical device sector, innovating software solutions. As they expand globally, they are seeking a dynamic VP of Quality Assurance to lead and enhance their quality assurance strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Quality Strategy : Create and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies aligned with growth and regulatory needs.
- Ensure Global Compliance : Lead the company in meeting international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Drive Process Improvement : Enhance quality processes, boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the QA Team : Build and guide a top-performing quality assurance team.
- Mitigate Risks : Identify and manage risks in product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with Product Development, and Operations to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience : 10+ years in quality assurance in medical devices, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Regulatory Expertise : Deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Global Perspective : Experience in global markets and regulatory landscapes.
