Auto Shop Assistant Manager

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

In this role, you will be responsible for handling initial customer contact through incoming calls and walk-ins, creating work orders using our POS system (basic computer skills required), customer follow-up, and general office management.

While prior experience in automotive customer service and service management is a plus, we value individuals who are hungry to learn and grow, demonstrate humility in their approach, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
