Role

• Support the execution of Mastercard's agentic commerce business development strategy, in close coordination with product, account management, engineering, marketing, and legal.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships across AI platforms, consumer agents, retailers, commerce infrastructure, and developer ecosystems.
• Manage partner relationships end-to-end from initial engagement through deal structuring, co-development, launch, and growth phases.
• Be a voice of the partner internally—channeling feedback, use-case insights, and market trends to influence product and platform strategy.
• Support development of scalable partnership programs and frameworks that enable rapid expansion across verticals and geographies.
• Collaborate across a global, matrixed organization, working with autonomy.

Corporate Security Responsibility

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

San Francisco, California : $172,000 - $275,000 USD
