About the Role :

Wereon the hunt for a dynamic Building EnvelopeConsultant to join the hive on behalf of ourclients. In this role you will provide building enclosure andwaterproofing services to clients.

You will serve as the primarycontact for projects related to new construction and existingstructures overseeing waterproofing design and the evaluation offoundation systems facades and roofing assemblies.

If yourepassionate about building envelope systems and have a proven trackrecord in waterproofing design condition assessments and forensicinvestigations we want to meet you!

Your Mission :

• Consult and inspect building enveloperelatedservices including windows fireproofing masonry roofs curtain wallsand precast concrete.
• Prepare project proposalsmanage projects and oversee billing andbudgeting.
• Lead business development effortsfocusing on building client relationships and growing thebusiness.
• Assume Profit & Lossresponsibility for each project and manage projectspecific revenuesand expenses.
• Provide creative and practicalsolutions to meet client needs andexpectations.
• Produce and oversee theproduction of highquality technical reports.

Core Competencies :

• Building Envelope Consulting : Expertise inwaterproofing air barriers and roofingsystems.
• Project Management : Ability to manageproject finances scheduling and clientrelationships.
• Business Development : Skilled ingrowing client relationships andnetworking.
• Technical Reporting : Proficient inproducing highquality reports with limitedguidance.

What YouBring :

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Construction Management orArchitecture.
• 10 years of commercialconstruction experience with a proven track record of managingconsulting services.
• LEED Certification andknowledge of Green Building practices.
• ValidFlorida Drivers License with an acceptable drivingrecord.
• Ability to pass a background check inaccordance with Floridas Jessica LunsfordAct.
• Strong communication skills and computerproficiency.

SkillsRequired :

• BuildingEnvelope Consulting : Expertise in belowgrade waterproofing airbarriers and roofing systems.
• ProjectManagement : Proficient in managing construction consulting servicesand P&L responsibilities.
• CommercialConstruction : Strong understanding of the real estate developmentand construction industry.
• Industry Practices : Knowledge of ADA OSHA IBC and otherregulations.
• Certifications : RRC RRO and AirBarrier Certification preferred.

Certifications :

• LEED CertificationRequired.
• Professional Architect LicensePreferred.
• Roofing / Waterproofing ManufacturingCertifications Preferred.
• Air BarrierCertification of America Preferred.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in ConstructionManagement or Architecture Preferred.
