Lead and direct activities for the daily operations of the Warehouse. Ensure all material transactions are performed in a timely manner and all information is accurate in the ERP system.
- Provide oversight to the Warehouse Team, primarily focused on outbound material flow to Jobs.
- Prioritize work for the other Warehouse personnel.
- Ensure employees have proper tools and resources to complete assignments.
- Recommend changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency and improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Analyze and resolve work problems and assists workers in solving work problems.
- Interpret company policies to assigned staff, and ensure adherence to all company, federal and state regulations.
- Suggest and implement activities to motivate and encourage the highest level of employee performance and morale.
- Monitor employee performance, resolve concerns, and provide input in corrective action and employment decisions.
- Train employees on new responsibilities and assist in their duties when needed.
- Interface with other production leads, staff, production management, production supporting design engineers and management, as well as occasional contact with customer representatives.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory levels or material issues and resolve problems.
- Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
- Keep materials and work area clean, organized and free from clutter, or any potential safety hazards.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are organized, used and stored properly.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventories as needed.
- Complete projects or any other functions as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing operation.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements.
- Experience operating a standard forklift (preferred)
- Demonstrates a team mentality

- Good communication, particularly listening skills.
- Flexibility with work hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
- Work effectively with details and numbers.
- Experience leading and directing the work of others (preferred)
- Experience working in an ERP System.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Moderate computer skills required.
