Position Overview

As a key member of the Customer Intelligence / Analytics team, the

Marketing Data Analyst

plays a vital role in analyzing and interpreting data to guide our business and marketing strategies. This position is instrumental in evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives and analyzing how they align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizes critical thinking and creativity to analyze data and develop insight-led marketing strategies.

Monitors and evaluates the success of marketing initiatives tested in the market.

Collaborates with internal teams to access relevant reporting data.

Maintains a robust measurement system and demonstrates adaptability to refine it as needed.

Effectively addresses insights gaps through innovative problem-solving.

Communicates complex data insights clearly to resolve questions and provide solutions.

Fosters partnerships with business units to better understand diverse goals that influence marketing strategies.

Assesses marketing performance in relation to business strategy through developments in measurement techniques.

Evaluates the overall multichannel effectiveness of marketing campaigns on engagement, sales, and ROI.

Conducts ad hoc analyses upon request.

This position must be located at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

3-5 years of experience as a business, marketing, or reporting analyst.

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities (including pivots and tables).

Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Qlikview, Qliksense).

Knowledge of data collection, management, and transformation infrastructure and tools.
