Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Loan Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document drawing and a thorough understanding of both residential and commercial loans, including bridge loans, value-add loans, new construction loans, and permanent portfolio loans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely loan closings.
- Manage the closing process for various loan types, including bridge loans, value-add loans, new construction loans, and permanent portfolio loans.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before closing.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
- Maintain detailed records of all loan transactions and communications.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
