Do you have a passion for developing content that can enhance processes? Come be a key player in improving HR operations and employee experiences as a HR Content Specialist ! This great opportunity will enable you to collaborate & help lead the HR knowledge management strategy!

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

  • DIRECT HIRE
  • HYBRID
  • 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm
  • $55000 - $60000 / year with flexibility based on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 2+ years using HCM and content management tools
  • Experience creating HR procedures, FAQs, and training materials
  • Strong efficient and detailed written and verbal communication skills for clear & concise content understanding

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop knowledge management strategy that promotes service excellence
  • Create and maintain HR content ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility
  • Audit content regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure content compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
