A growing manufacturer is in need of a Purchasing Specialistto be based in the greater NW Atlanta area. (relocation offered)
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers of raw materials and packaging components and negotiating contracts and prices.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring products are compliant with regulations and meet FDA specifications.

Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably purchasing chemical / raw materials
- Knowledge of FDA / GMP standards and requirements
- Proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
